All Technicians that work for ACT Security are BASA FASA certified through the Alarm Association of Florida (AAF).
Additionally, all of our Sales Representatives are BASA FASA certified the the AAF.
Both our Technicians and Sales Reps always carry their Photo BASA FASA ID, please ask to see it when you speak with them.
It is a requirement for our Company Alarm Techs and Sales Reps to be employees. We do not hire 1099 employees.
