What is the Customer Service Policy of ACT Security

We take a different tack on Customer Service.
First, we answer the phone personally during our extended work hours. So calling our office from around 7am thru 7pm will get you to one of our team. You won't have to press 1!
Often we can fix the issue over the phone, but if not, we will schedule one of our Techs to visit and that schedule will be as narrow as we can make it. We confirm all schedules on the Day of the visit and again prior to arrival. If something is going to delay us getting to your visit, perhaps a job took a lot longer than expected, we will call with an updated schedule and if necessary reschedule to fit your needs.
